Ryrlit
Terms of Service
Terms for document-drafting and text-revision projects. Updated October 6, 2026.
Service and scope
Ryrlit drafts and revises English business documents using your brief and source material. The quote defines each document, input and output word limits, references, revision rounds, fees, applicable taxes and schedule. Visual design, charts, external research, independent fact-checking, translation, specialist professional advice and publication are excluded.
Agreeing to a project
An enquiry does not create a contract or charge. Before you accept, we provide the service provider identification, project scope, total price and payment terms in writing. Work starts after acceptance, the agreed initial payment and receipt of the required materials.
Materials and factual review
You must have permission to share and use the source material. Your team confirms facts, terminology, procedures and any specialist requirements. We flag missing or contradictory information without supplying invented details. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Project material is not published as a sample without permission.
Feedback and changes
One round means consolidated feedback on the full delivery within the agreed purpose and outline. More documents, new sources, extra words or a changed purpose may alter the scope. Any additional cost and dates are agreed before the extra work begins. Delayed materials or approvals may require a revised schedule.
Delivery and use
Text is delivered in an editable document and reading PDF, with the notes specified in the quote. After full payment, you may use and adapt it for the agreed purposes. Third-party materials retain their owners’ rights. Your team approves the final information and decides how to share it. We do not guarantee acceptance by a recipient or another business outcome.
Payments and concerns
Read the Payment Policy and Refund Policy. Email [email protected] with the project reference about a concern. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that apply under Canadian or provincial law, including consumer rights where applicable.
